Hello, a long time ago, I preordered the Collector’s Edition of the game. The game has been out for a while now, and I can see that the order is marked as completed on my account, but I have not yet received the physical items for the order. Are these items still in production? (If yes, is there an ETA on when they may ship out?) Thank you!
